Terms and Conditions

When purchasing any of the TORSION products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Prices

Prices are listed in Australian dollars. Horse Whispers reserves the right to modify the prices without notice.

Unless you are buying a saddle I have in stock, when ordering through the web site, you are paying for the DEPOSIT TO ORDER YOUR SADDLE and accessories from Torsion in Italy.
You will see the full price of the saddle in the listing for each one of them.
The balance of your purchase will need to be paid prior to shipping your saddle to you. I will invoice you separately for the total amount of your purchase.

Shipping

Shipping of all Torsion products will be via courier with insurance.

Ordering Torsion Products

You can order the Torsion saddles and accessories directly from this web site via our secure shopping cart.

As the Torsion range is vast, Horse Whispers has a limited stock and therefore products may require to be ordered from Torsion Italy, the manufacturer. Torsion Italy may need to manufacture your order. Manufacturing time may take weeks.

Saddles from the Special range are never kept in stock by Horse Whispers or Torsion Italy and are always manufactured to order.

All orders are shipped via air from Italy to Australia.

To keep international shipping costs down, Horse Whispers will combine your order with others. This means that it may take between 4 to 12 weeks to get to Australia.

It is possible to get your order by itself as long as you agree to pay for full international shipping from Italy to Australia as well as the shipping cost to your address.

All saddle orders attract a non-refundable restocking fee of $100 unless there is a defect. See Returns and Refunds.

Deposits

Unless you are buying a saddle I have in stock, when ordering through the web site, you are paying for the DEPOSIT TO ORDER YOUR SADDLE and accessories from Torsion in Italy.

Once manufacturing of your order has started, deposits are not refundable. Horse Whispers will notify you via email 3 days prior manufacturing time starts.

Balance of your order must be paid prior to shipping to your nominated address of delivery.

Payments

We accept direct debit, money order, cheques, cash and Paypal. Cheques must be cleared prior to shipping your order. Payments are to be made in Australian Dollars.

When you proceed to the checkout, you will be able to choose your payment method.

Payment Plan

We are able to offer a 6 months payment plan after you have made the deposit. Full payment is required prior to the saddle and accessories being shipped to your address. Please contact me for details.

Returns and Refunds

We understand it is hard to buy a saddle without seeing it or trialing it first. To help out, you can return your products for whatever reason, within 15 days of receiving them and request a refund.

A refund is possible under the following conditions:

1. You MUST contact me before the 15 day period ends to discuss the matter to see if I can offer a different solution.
2. All items returned MUST be entirely clean (no horse hair, dirt, wet or sweat spots, no soiling at all)
3. All items MUST be free of any damages, including marks, scratches, tears etc.
4. All items MUST not show any signs of wear or use.
5. All items MUST be returned by courier or registered post with signature and with insurance to cover the total cost

• Refunds do not apply to shipping and handling costs
• Refunds do not apply to non-refundable stocking fee of $100 (saddles only) unless there is a defect with the saddle. In this case, the $100 will be refunded
• All items will need to be returned to and inspected by Horse Whispers prior to refunding monies.
• All returned items must be returned in the same condition as when shipped, therefore they must comply to conditions 2, 3 and 4. We do not accept returns on used merchandise.
• Used, misused or incomplete items are not returnable.
• Special order and personalised items are not returnable.
• If items are not returned by registered post and/or do not have insurance, and they are lost or damaged during transport, refund will not be possible.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping unless the item was damaged, incomplete or incorrect.
• No returns will be accepted and no refund will be given after the 15 day period if you change your mind about your products

When returning your products, they must be packed properly to avoid any damages during transport. They must be registered with signature and insured to cover the total cost.

Warranty

All TORSION saddles carry a 3 year warranty, return to manufacturer in Italy. There are no warranty on other Torsion products but if defective within 6 months of purchase under normal use, please contact me to discuss a solution.

Horse Whispers will endeavour to provide you with a replacement item if the item is in stock and after the products have been returned and inspected by Horse Whispers.

Manufacturing faults and defects are covered by the standard statutory and the stated manufacturer's warranty.

Damages resulting from misuse or neglect of the saddles are not covered under this warranty.

Leather may vary in colour, texture and appearance and these cosmetic variations are not covered under this warranty.

Terms Of Use

Torsion products are offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Use of our products implies acceptance of all such terms, conditions and notices.
